- Diagnosing & troubleshooting
- MS Windows operating systems, MAC and MS Office 365
- Resolving operating systems and software & hardware issues
- Ticket handling
- Hardware configuration
- Asset management
- Onsite User Support
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, and/or e-mails regarding incidents/service requests
Requirements:
- You have completed MBO level 4 ICT training.
- You are in possession of a driving license B.
- You have gained 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in an environment:
- with Windows server, Windows 10, Windows 11
- with AD and/or Azure AD and Microsoft 365 services
- with a ticket system such as TOPdesk.
