IT Support

• Provide technical support to all internal employees
• Manage individual and group user access rights
• Resolve IT ticket submissions
• Educate end users by creating and maintaining relevant pages
• Support AV troubleshooting
• Support software/system implementation projects
• Contribute to privacy, security, and compliance-related projects
• Contribute to improving the IT infrastructure of the company

Requirements:

• Graduated with a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 2+ years of experience in the industry
• Must have valid work permit/passport/visa to work in the Netherlands
• English working proficiency (Other languages are a plus)
• Customer-focused mindset and excellent customer facing skills
• Innovative and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to operate in high pressure situations and prioritise tasks at hand
• Hardware knowledge / experience - support and repair is considered an asset
• Experience with Office 365 and related software packages
• Experience with MacOS and IOS is a plus
• You are pro-active, quality-focused with and work well with others
