IT Support Specialist

- Implement and maintain technical and user documentation
- Be the first point of contact for end users regarding all IT related matters coming via the help desk
- Administrate user accounts for network, e-mail and other applications
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the regional IT team
- Contribute to improving the IT infrastructure of the company
- Perform network and server maintenance
Requirements:
- You possess a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 4+ years of experience in the industry
- You have experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365 and related software packages
- You have good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
- You are pro-active, quality-focused with and work well with others
- You are readily located in the Netherlands and have a valid work permit (required)
- Basic knowledge of WAN/LAN, Linux, SQL
