IT Support Specialist

  • Implement and maintain technical and user documentation
  • Be the first point of contact for end users regarding all IT related matters coming via the help desk
  • Administrate user accounts for network, e-mail and other applications
  • Communicate and collaborate with members of the regional IT team
  • Contribute to improving the IT infrastructure of the company
  • Perform network and server maintenance

Requirements:

  • You possess a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 4+ years of experience in the industry
  • You have experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365 and related software packages
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
  • You are pro-active, quality-focused with and work well with others
  • You are readily located in the Netherlands and have a valid work permit (required)
  • Basic knowledge of WAN/LAN, Linux, SQL
