Infrastructure Specialist

• Set up, maintenance and support of equipment and network, PKI infrastructure and related software.
• 1st line support for administrative, technical and production questions.
• Work with defined SLA's to ensure timely production, delivery and client satisfaction.
• Participate in improvements and testing of new software releases and tools.
• Work according to the ISO 9001 and 27001 procedures and produce and maintain work instructions.
• Provide and maintain daily reports of activity.

Requirements:

• A university degree in IT, Computer Science or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Able to work both individually and with others.
• A fast learner and enthusiastic about new technologies and solutions.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, able take initiative on complex decision making.
• Hands on experience with Linux, OS and SQL.
• Experience/familiarity with security procedures and standards.
• A "can do" attitude combined with a keen eye for detail.
