Functional Administrator

  • You are responsible for the optimal layout and support of the automated systems
  • You are responsible for the distribution and resolution of calls
  • You proactively search for possible areas of improvement
  • You integrate and manage various systems and applications
  • 2nd and 3rd line support

Requirements:

  • You have completed relevant HBO education
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a working level proficiency in English
  • You have the right to work in the Netherlands
  • Knowledge of applications and automated systems
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
  • You are customer oriented
  • Experience in ERP software packages is a plus
  • You have knowledge of and experience with technical aspects of IT subjects such as integration, security and service support
