Functional Administrator

- You are responsible for the optimal layout and support of the automated systems
- You are responsible for the distribution and resolution of calls
- You proactively search for possible areas of improvement
- You integrate and manage various systems and applications
- 2nd and 3rd line support
Requirements:
- You have completed relevant HBO education
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a working level proficiency in English
- You have the right to work in the Netherlands
- Knowledge of applications and automated systems
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
- You are customer oriented
- Experience in ERP software packages is a plus
- You have knowledge of and experience with technical aspects of IT subjects such as integration, security and service support
