- Become a domain expert with strong software applications, workflow and business analysis expertise and a strong understanding of pre- and post-automated processes
- Assessing current practices, collecting information and analysing customer needs to determine correct solutions
- Assist in design of new projects/programs by analysing customer and stakeholder requirements
- Make recommendations for improving systems and processes by studying customer needs
- Tests configuration and workflow changes. Develops test scripts. Performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcome
- Support the Project Manager with the planning, implementation, testing, training and go-live support of customer implementations and migrations, leading-by-example, PMO best practices.
- Conducts various training activities - either one on one or group sessions
- Will be required to train, up-skill and evaluate helpdesk and field service teams
- The role will be responsible for testing product roadmap functions/enhancements prior to release
- Expanding breadth of knowledge to other software solutions
Requirements:
- HBO working and thinking level
- Over 3 years' experience working as an Applications Consultant or Specialist
- Over 3 years of working within a systems implementation environment
- Proven ability in fast learning of specific requirements of complex operations
- Ability to understand complex customer needs and articulate the same into a structured requirements document
- Persuasive and effective communication skills with strong presentation skills
