Recruitment Consultant

Join us in The Netherlands and help us deliver recruitment solutions for clients and assist candidates by finding their dream job! As a Recruitment Consultant you will be developing new business, manage existing accounts and build long-term relationships.

What will you be doing?
Candidate and Client management

In the role as a Recruitment Consultant, you will build relationships with clients and register vacancies to create effective recruitment strategies that match our client's needs. Using our database and external resources, you manage talent by identifying and managing potential candidates, handling CVs and screening candidates to ensure they match the job brief. You will also be responsible for coordinating the interview process keeping both the candidate and the client up to date at all times.

Sales

The role will be target driven and you will enjoy meeting and exceeding these targets to grow your client network. You will have the opportunity to meet with clients at networking events as well as setting up face-to-face meetings. Additionally, you will manage your current clients and find opportunities for growth by having ongoing conversations to add value to the relationship. You will be able to find and follow up your own leads, we need you to be creative!

This is you:

No two days will be the same and you will need to be able to prioritise and manage your workload. There will be guidance and support from the Recruitment Manager and training will be given to ensure you are successful. We would like you to be fluent in English and one other language, with Dutch or German being a big plus. You'll need strong interpersonal communication skills, a consultative and confident manner and a commercial instinct. We want you to be as passionate as we are about delivering great service and results. You will enjoy the adrenaline and buzz of working at a fast pace - that's a given in recruitment!
