Joining the headquarters in Amsterdam, the HR-Manager will join their mission in advocating for industry self-regulation, organizing international events, and fostering professional development through webinars, training sessions, and insightful publications.
As HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating the organization's values, establishing a strong working culture, and improving team efficiency and communication. This part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a globally impactful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess and forecast HR needs to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legislative changes.
- Lead initiatives to establish and embed organizational values and culture.
- Develop programs to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Propose and implement strategies to increase team efficiency.
- Foster open communication and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a fair and efficient selection process.
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems with leadership.
- Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
- Identify training needs and create development programs.
- Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures with leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.
- 7-10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a mid-sized organization.
- Proven success in fostering workplace culture and enhancing team dynamics.
- Deep understanding of Dutch labor laws.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Dutch advantageous.
