In this position, it is important to work well with the kitchen. Together, you ensure that the breakfast buffet looks perfect and that guests have everything they need. Additionally, you make sure that everyone on the breakfast team is in the right place and jump in where necessary.

But it doesn't stop there. Training your colleagues is also part of your job. With your supervisory experience, you know exactly how to approach this. Once everyone is done and the last guest has left, you divide the cleaning tasks and start preparing for the next day.

• Overall responsibility for starting up and closing the breakfast service;




• Being the primary point of contact for guests;




• Creating the staff schedule and providing support to your team where necessary;




• Maintaining guest satisfaction;




• Purchasing breakfast supplies for the restaurant and kitchen;




• Managing the team by working alongside them, offering support, and setting development goals.

Requirements:

The breakfast manager we are looking for meets the following requirements:

* 2-5 years experience in a similar supervising position;
* You have strong communication skills and are hospitable to both guests and colleagues;
* Flexibility is a big plus, no working late evenings, but you are available on weekends and holidays;
* Someone who can work well independently and is a team player;
* Excellent level of English and Dutch;
* Certificates in Social Hygiene and Emergency Response.
