  • Analyse and resolve end-user hardware, software and connectivity issues
  • Maintaining a well-documented IT environment and keeping it in working condition
  • On-boarding and off-boarding of users
  • Internal support
  • Monitor progress on problem resolution and advise users on status of issue
  • Hardware & software installation

Requirements:

  • Minimum HBO or WO thinking level and degree in relevant field
  • Strong communicative and interpersonal skills in both Dutch and English
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support
  • Knowledge of operating systems: Windows server, Internet Information Server, SQL Server fundamentals, Microsoft office, Power Platform, HTML, CSS
  • Driving license and the ability to travel is essential
  • Basic Scripting / Coding experience
  • Customer focused and stress resistant
