IT Support

- Analyse and resolve end-user hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Maintaining a well-documented IT environment and keeping it in working condition
- On-boarding and off-boarding of users
- Internal support
- Monitor progress on problem resolution and advise users on status of issue
- Hardware & software installation
Requirements:
- Minimum HBO or WO thinking level and degree in relevant field
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills in both Dutch and English
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows server, Internet Information Server, SQL Server fundamentals, Microsoft office, Power Platform, HTML, CSS
- Driving license and the ability to travel is essential
- Basic Scripting / Coding experience
- Customer focused and stress resistant
