Customer Success Specialist | German

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll deliver exceptional service in both German and English. Your role will focus on building relationships, providing outstanding customer support, and driving sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing strong client relationships by providing outstanding support via email, phone, and live chat in German and English, fostering customer loyalty and growth
- Preparing competitive quotes for new software licenses and renewals, ensuring customer needs are met
- Following up on quotes to secure business from both new and existing clients, contributing to team targets
- Collaborating with Account Managers, Tech Support, Finance, and external stakeholders to provide swift and satisfactory responses to client queries
- Assisting clients or Account Managers with questions regarding software licensing, pricing, payment details, and order status
- Processing and delivering client orders accurately via email
- Keeping the customer and order database updated
- Analyzing and reporting customer feedback
- Performing ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Professional-level communication skills, both written and spoken, with fluency in German and English
- minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or inside sales, preferably within the IT sector
- A university degree
- A strong motivation to learn and adapt within a fast-paced software sales environment that demands continuous learning
- Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills, coupled with keen attention to detail
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve targets
- The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and meet deadlines
- A good head for numbers, enabling you to manage discount structures, currencies, and quotes effectively
- Fluency in an additional language (e.g., French) alongside German and English is a plus
Its a hybrid working arrangement with 1 day working from home every Friday
Salary Benefits:
Our client offers a direct contract (first contract will be 7 months) with a focus on long-term commitment, providing:
- A monthly salary ranging from €3000 to €3500 gross, depending on your experience and expertise.
