In this position, you will be asked to:


  • Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to interpret product sketches and create collections that align with market trends and consumer needs;

  • Maintain product data integrity within PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date;

  • Drive seasonal development and innovation by overseeing the technical aspects of new silhouettes, collaborating with global vendors and internal teams;

  • Lead fit meetings, capturing feedback, and communicating necessary changes to both internal teams and external vendors;

  • Ensure products meet critical path deadlines, supporting timely delivery of the collection at every stage of the process;

  • Achieve key technical development goals, including fit improvements, grading accuracy, and overall product quality enhancement;

  • Work closely with global offices and sourcing teams to resolve any quality-related issues, maintaining the highest standards of production;

  • Support the development and maintenance of block libraries and technical packages for efficient and scalable production;

  • Assist with administrative tasks within the team to ensure smooth workflow and documentation management.


Your salary will depend on your current knowledge and experience. Furthermore, it is a full-time position for 3 months.

Requirements:

In this position, we ask that you have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in fashion, garment technology, pattern cutting, or equivalent experience in the fashion or textiles industry;
3-5 years of experience in technical product development, with a focus on knitwear and sweaters;
Strong experience using PLM software and understanding of its application in product development;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem-solving;
Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders;
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality and meeting deadlines;
Good command of written and spoken English for clear and effective communication.
