Order Processor Duits

- Entering and managing domestic and international orders for the region of France;
- Interacting with different departments within the company, such as Sales, Operations, and Accounting;
- Being the first point of contact for all customer-related questions;
- Maintaining the daily upcoming shipment report to check stock levels and process orders;
- Dealing with all kinds of stock issues and inform the customer and Sales department;
- Monitoring orders to ensure that adjustments are taken care of and cut-off times are met;
- Upholding administration within the Order Processing department.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (native/fluent German and English);
- Strong computer skills;
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask;
- Able to determine priorities, being flexible, and working efficiently in a team environment with little supervision;
- Hava a sense of urgency on any issue that comes up.
