We are seeking a driven and innovative Regional Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic positioning and marketing efforts for our client's product portfolio across the EMEA region. This key role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal market fit, positioning, and sales enablement for a dynamic range of products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the regional expert for designated product categories, developing in-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies tailored to EMEA markets.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product launches, and compelling sales tools.
  • Create and execute regional marketing campaigns designed to increase product awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver impactful product training, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase product value.
  • Drive product-related content creation for events, tradeshows, and workshops, ensuring consistent messaging and product differentiation.
  • Identify new opportunities for product growth by gathering feedback from customers, dealers, and end-users across the region.
  • Develop innovative concepts for training sessions, product demos, and hands-on experiences at industry events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging case studies, white papers, and other collateral that highlights product success in real-world applications.

Requirements:

What Are They Looking For:

  • Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the technology or AV industry.
  • Technical Know-How: A background in electronics, engineering, or a related field, paired with a strong understanding of marketing principles.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and sales trends to create actionable strategies and reports.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive individual who can manage tasks independently and contribute to cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborator: A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across departments and external stakeholders.
  • A driving license is required

You will go to trade shows, so sometimes travel and different/flexible hours are required.
