Customer Care Associate | French

The Customer Care Associate performs all Customer Care processes and supports the entire organization (Sales & Marketing, Financial and Scientific Affairs) processes to ensure that customer requirements for product and service are met, and in line with company policies and procedures, to achieve customer satisfaction.
Primary responsibilities
- Process customer orders for product and service, confirm orders to customers and generate customer invoices for product and service.
- Support Customer Care with; development of new customer care processes and systems, improvements of existing customer care processes and systems, preparation of quality system documentation and management information and reports on customer care and supporting processes.
- Receive, register, review, and address required follow-up for all customer feedback / interactions, including;
- Product orders and requests for service
- Service non-conformities or device complaints
- New product ideas or improvements
- Medical questions
- Other inquiries
- Support the physical distribution of essential documents, customer letters, customer contracts, product release certificates, etc, to customers.
- Control and liaison with Contract warehouse and distributor on order processing, distribution and tracking of products to customers and related dispatch information including delivery notes, Certificates of Release and custom required documents.
- Facilitate and administratively support Sales with the preparation of customer contracts and letters.
- Support Sales with tender submissions.
- Control and archive all customer care records including; orders, invoices, quotations, correspondence, etc.
- Perform front office reception desk activities, as required.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal and Finance with regards to overall compliance.
- Any other duties detailed by management.
Requirements:
Qualifications / Requirements / Skills
- Education level MBO+ direction commercial business education or other relevant education level.
- French language (C2 level) and excellent English language skills.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Living within 30 kilometers and already have a valid work permit are a must.

Salary Benefits:
We are offering a competitive salary in line with market standards. You will start working at our client through an Undutchables contract and this could change into a direct contract. It is an office based position and the working hours are from 9h00 - 17h30
