Technical Support Representative (machinery) | German

What are the Key Responsibilities?

• Collaborate with suppliers and dealers to develop the spare parts business in the German market.
• Monitor dealer order priorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with the technical department to provide accurate and informed responses.
• Address technical queries related to the product and confidently assist dealers via email and phone.
• Track pricing levels across product categories and monitor dealer inventory levels.
• Conduct training sessions on the parts system for dealers.
• Propose and implement ideas to improve daily operations.

Requirements:

What are the requirements?

• Native or near-native proficiency in German and fluent in English.
• Skilled in data and statistical analysis, with the ability to generate detailed reports.
• A team player with the flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Open to travel as needed.
• At least 2 years of experience in agricultural machinery, automotive, or construction is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in computer skills, with SAP experience being a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and the full logistics processes
• Residing near Almere (the company will relocate to Lelystad in Summer 2025).

Salary Benefits:

• Competitive Salary and bonus scheme based on personal and company performance (up to 5%)
• The salary is between € 3000 - € 3500 per month gross, excl. 8% (the salary depends on the education and work (years) experience
