Customer Service - French & Dutch

Ideal candidates for this role possess the following attributes:
- Minimum MBO 4 education level.
- Proficiency in both French and Dutch languages is a must.
- Customer-centric mindset coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask effectively.
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with prior experience in SAP and SalesForce being advantageous.
Requirements:

- Engage in both inbound and outbound calls, addressing queries from internal and external stakeholders on various topics such as availability, orders, shipping dates, and pricing.
- Provide essential administrative support in managing purchase orders with suppliers.
- Handle the creation of credit notes and invoices according to established procedures.
