As the first point of contact for visitors and international colleagues, you’ll play a key role in our client's office environment.

I'm looking for someone friendly, organized, and eager to assist - Immediately available for a contract of 3 months for 24h.

If you enjoy greeting people and handling various office tasks, I would love to meet you!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and manage reception facilities.
  • Register new employees, ensuring proper access.
  • Maintain and update office files, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist with office correspondence and direct calls and inquiries.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a receptionist, customer-facing, or first point of contact role.
  • Fluency in English and basic Dutch; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility with hours during large events (paid extra).
