They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will involve managing schedules, supporting with coordination of meetings, and providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and reports.
- Manage office logistics and day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency.
- Handle phone inquiries, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
- Assist in preparing for meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a track record of supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Business fluency in English. Fluency in Dutch is a strong preference.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a professional approach to all tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fulltime position (40 hrs/week) where you will be asked to work fully onsite. Because of this, living in or near Amsterdam is a must requirement for this position.
